Sit down in a place of your choice.
(inside or outside)
Feel the structure of your head.
The skull, face, brain, membranes and liquids inside the head.
Hair, if you have hair.
Place your palm on your forehead and push your head gently against the palm.
Let go of the push.
Change the place of the palm to another part on the head. Push again.
Repeat and start variating the strength of the push from a tiny, little push to a strong one.
Avoid pushing too strong as the head is a tender thing and so are many other things as well.
Notice the effects the push has on the whole of your body.
Then, select a surface, object, plant, thing in the room/place you are and go next to it.
Push your head against it.
Adjust the strength of the push according to the thing you are pushing against.
Let go of the push.
Select another surface, object, plant, thing.
Push your head against it.
Let go of the push.
Keep changing the thing to push against and repeat the act of pushing.
Each time, variate the strength of the push according to the thing you are pushing against.
Variate the length of the push.
Variate the part of the head you are pushing with.
Continue, for as long as you like.
Then, sit down again.
For a moment, feel the structure of your head, again.
Feel the reminiscence of the pushes.
To end the score, draw the act of pushing which you did on a paper or in a notebook.
